Pisceze is a phenomenally talented singer/songwriter and musician. She is from Toronto, and has roots in Japan and Korea, all of which influences her music. We’ve had the pleasure of reviewing the artist before on Indie Light, and you can click here to read more. Today, though, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘INO’ which was released June 28th 2024.
‘INO’ opens soft and slow, rolling piano chords, bleeding into snythy percussion and angelic vocals that all come together quickly to create an engaging and vibrant melody. It keeps a really even pace throughout and yet with the faster bass and percussion against the slower and melodic vocals and synthy backing there’s a really interesting balance and counterpoint to the track. Which reminds me, Pisceze’s voice is glorious, rich and warm and absolutely sensational. I’m eager to hear more from the artist, and I’ll definitely be checking out some of her more recent releases.
So that’s what I thought of Pisceze single ‘INO’ which you can check out for yourself over on Spotify. While you’re at it, make sure and show your support by following them on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
