Aziya is a London based singer/songwriter and musician. We’ve had the pleasure of reviewing the artist before on indie Light, and you can click here to check that out. Today, though, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘party’s over’ which was released April 5th 2024.

‘party’s over’ opens with some solid, vibrant strings that blend into percussion and Aziya’s vocals, her voice bright and passionate atop the melody. It’s quite a heavy rhythm, slow and weighty, so you really get caught up in it as it unfolds. Despite that it’s got a nice forward momentum, the strings and percussion really adding texture to the audio, while her vocals add lightness and energy to the overall performance. As I said above, we’ve covered Aziya before on the site, and I’m continually impressed with them as an artist.

So that’s what I thought of Aziya’s single ‘party’s over’ and you can check that out for yourself over on Spotify. While you’re at it, make sure and support the artist over on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
