Lilith Max is a 20-year-old singer/songwriter, musician and former actress. She’s originally from Germany but is now based in Houston, Texas. We’ve covered Lilith before on Indie Light and you can click here to read more. Today, though, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘Birds of a Feather’ which was released May 10th 2024.
‘Birds of a Feather’ kicks off quickly, Lilith’s voice dancing with the guitar, creating a really pleasing back and forth. Also maybe it’s just me but at least in this track she has a delivery and cadence very reminiscent of Kristin Chenoweth who herself is a fabulous vocalist. Lilith’s voice is just hauntingly beautiful and emotional and evocative, and you just get caught up in her performance. Overall I cannot recommend this artist highly enough, and I doubt you’ll be able to listen to more than a few moments of this track without agreeing with me.
