Cats & Babs is yet another tremendously talent who I had the good pleasure of meeting thanks to ACME Comic Con.

She is an artist and illustrator based in Glasgow, who is educated to HND level in illustration and vocational arts. She has such an engaging art style, it is filled with such warmth and brightness, and a masterful use of colours, particularly autumnal shades, to create cosy and cute designs. There is such a vibrancy to her work, and at least to my eye it evokes expressionism, especially how she captures the unique mood and feel of her subject.

So now I’ll share some highlights from her portfolio, to begin with how about some cats for which she derives part of her artist name.
