Okay, before we kick things off, I’d like to quickly say that I am friends with Lauren, and I think they are absolutely awesome. They are insanely clever and funny and I’m glad to know them. That in mind, and as a quick piece of disclosure, despite our prior friendship, I fully intend for this feature to be as honest and forthright as I’m capable of producing.

So now that we’ve got that out of the way let me tell you a little about the creator. So who is Loz from Loztalkz? The simple answer is that they are an Ayrshire based YouTuber who creates videos focused on a variety of different media. That answer however fails to capture the sheer breadth of their content, and the fact that this channel infuses their natural talent and passion as a content creator, with their BA Degree on Broadcast Media, which solidifies their skillset and makes them an instant authority of discussing the aforementioned media.

So what kind of content do they make specifically? As I said, Loz is a very passionate creator, and they make sure those passions and interests are at the forefront of their content. They don’t make videos just to make them, each of them has a point, and is designed to allow them to explore ideas and make something they will enjoy. So when you check out your channel you can expect video game Let’s plays, and video essays/breakdowns on a variety of subjects including television, movies, music and books. As someone who also covers the full arts & entertainment spectrum I admire Lauren’s ability to create content across such a wide subject base while still keeping a cohesive style, format and vibe.

So as I talked about above, Loz is super talented, it would be hard to recommend anything specific as I enjoy all of their content for different reasons. But if Let’s Plays are your pleasure I strongly recommend you check out their full Frogware Sherlock adventure, which is a total blast. This playthrough of Murdered: Soul Suspect is equally good. Plus that game is criminally underrated…pun intended.
