Asia Chow is a Los Angeles based indie-folk singer/songwriter and musician, as well as a former model. She draws from her English major to produce powerful lyrics that are impactful to the listener. Today I’ll be reviewing her single ‘Days Unchanged’ which was released December 6th 2023.

‘Days Unchanged’ opens with a fast paced, vibrant melody, an infusion of acoustic stringwork that provides the perfect support for Chow’s beautiful voice, the overall cadence of the tune reminds me of ‘Dust in the Wind’ by Kansas, but faster, and moderately less melancholic. This is a very emotional track and it just washes over you. Perhaps it’s the state I’m in at the moment, a little under the weather to put it nicely, but it so perfectly captures a mood and it just resonated quite deeply with me. Chow is clearly a very earnest and heartfelt performer, not to mention incredibly talented, and if this is the type of track they are capable of producing so early in their career, I’m genuinely excited to see where they go from here. Regardless, even as we enter the final hours before Christmas, I urge you to check out this phenomenal single, by an artist I’m sure will be a household name in no time.

So that’s what I thought of Asia Chow’s single ‘Days Unchanged’ and if you want to check that out for yourself then head on over to Spotify. While you’re at it, make sure and support the artist by following them on Twitter and Instagram.
