Stefano May is an Italian born, Miami based singer/songwriter and musician who is also a classically trained pianist. His background has helped to shape his music, which blends together soul, pop and classical styles into one fluid composition. Today I’ll be reviewing his single ‘Crazy’ which was released September 22nd 2022.
‘Crazy’ opens with some resonant tones, and with his gorgeous voice, the track flows into a deep, sonorous melody that immediately pulls you down with it, and almost overwhelms you. I’ll admit, my emotions are always a little volatile, something about having ADHD means I feel things quite deeply, and almost instantly, and I was immediately impacted by the raw emotion you can feel in Stefano’s performance. I’m always a fan of piano in music, especially heavier, weight, emotional tracks like this. It just hits so hard. Overall, it’s a very beautiful track, and I’m eager to hear more from him in the future.
