Jason LaPierre is a singer/songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from New Britain, a city in Hartford County, Connecticut. Today, I’ll be reviewing his single ‘Catching Feelings 4 U’ which was released February 11th 2022.

‘Catching Feelings 4 U’ opens with light strings that blend with LaPierre’s soft, sweet, melodic vocals, the whole thing builds into a pleasing ambient tune that just kind of carries you along with it. When I review music I’ll usually listen to a track at least four or five times, and then at least once or twice more while actually writing the review, sometimes this can be fun, other times it can be irksome, but occasionally you get tracks like this that are an absolute treat to listen to and so having them on repeat isn’t an issue. Overall ‘Catching Feelings 4 U’ has a gentle dream-like quality and it’s for sure a dream I don’t want to wake up from. I will be sure to keep an eye out for LaPierre’s music in the future.
