Mat Hannah is an alt-pop singer/songwriter from Charlottetown, Prince Edward Islands. Today I’ll be reviewing his single ‘Unlucky’ which was released August 6th 2021.
‘Unlucky’ opens with fast guitar which merges with Mat Hannah’s warm, rich vocals. I like how this track starts off slow and then just explodes. A whole new level of energy and intensity which grips you tight. It finds a nice balance, the softer moments counterpointed by the faster, harder ones, to create a well composed song that really captures you as a listener.
