Tega is an R&B/Soul artist from South-East London who I first came across over on Instagram. Today, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘Reminiscing’ which was released March 15th 2021.
‘Reminiscing’ has a staccato percussive beat, with various synth driven elements, building to create a fast paced and deep melody that supports Tega’s bright and lively vocals. This track manages to find the perfect middle ground between too fast and too slow, where it has soulful melodic sections you’ll get in slower tracks, but keeps the energy, urgency and pace of faster tracks.
