Ike Rhein is a singer/songwriter and musician, originally from Grand Rapids, Michigan, he is now based in Miami, Florida. He has been passionate about music since a very young age, and has learned to play various instruments, and is truly a talented and multi-faceted artist. Today, I’ll be reviewing his single ‘Not For Me’ which was released April 30th 2021.
‘Not For Me’ opens with an even tempo, guitar driven melody, that merges with and supports his phenomenal vocals. His voice is light and yet powerful, soulful and deep. I liked the balance of this track, the speed and delivery are fast, but he lingers on the notes just a touch, resulting in something that’s smooth and just flows over you. I strongly recommend giving this more than one listen, because the more you do you more you just fall under the spell on this tremendous track.
