RVBY is the performing name of Bristol based singer/songwriter and musician Ruby Donadel. Today, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘Thinking about You’ which was released November 16th 2020.
‘Thinking About You’ opens with some nice ambient synth notes, before a harder, heavier beat merges with her tremendous vocals and the whole track picks up in energy. There’s a smashing bassy section close to the 1 minute mark that I really enjoyed, and again it flows exceptionally well with RVBY’s powerful, angelic vocals. I really got caught up in the rhythm of this one, and was kind of sad when it was over, which for me is the mark of a great track.
