Indie Light

Bhad Bhabie is a rapper from Boynton Beach, Florida and I’ve covered her a few times before on Indie Light, if you want to check that out for yourself then click here. Today, though, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘Get Like Me’ which features NLE Choppa, and was released June 26th 2020.

‘Get Like Me’ is very busy, Bhabie’s vocals hammer you from the get go, it’s a powerful track that has a lot of energy, and I like how Bhabie’s balances up the harder vibes up front with faster more high paced delivery later in the track. The electronic backing also supports it, it’s fast when she’s fast and hard and heavy when she’s hard and heavy. NLE Choppa’s section is equally strong, he just drives forward, a lot of power and a lot of talent (and keep an eye out for a review of his solo stuff soon). But yeah this track is unrelenting and I love it.
