Indie Light

Kirsteen Harvey is a singer/songwriter and musician from Glasgow, and today I’ll be reviewing her single ‘Tongue Tied’ which was released March 21st 2020.

‘Tongue Tied’ opens with some great guitar that transitions into Kirsteen’s amazing vocals. Her voice is rich and smoky and is equally suited to high tempo and high energy or soft and slow and soulful. I was instantly hooked from the moment the track started and I’ll easily be checking out future releases if this one is any indication of the quality of their music. I have a habit of getting song stuck in my head, but I didn’t even realise till I sat down to write this review that I’d been singing/humming this one to myself for the past few days.
