This isn’t my first time reviewing her either, and you can click here to read more. Today, though, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘It’s True’ which was released September 2nd 2020.

‘It’s True’ opens with a pounding heartbeat rhythm that becomes a consistent undertone even as it’s built on by Cloe’s voice which is just amazing, it’s mature and deeply profound. You are just instantly blown away from the moment she starts singing. I love the synthy notes to the vocals as well, they’ve given the whole thing an ethereal, almost dream-like quality but at the same time they don’t hide how talented a vocalist Cloe actually is.
