Also, this isn’t the first time I’ve reviewed the artist either, and you can click here to read more. Today, though, I’ll be reviewing her single ‘You & Lonely’ which was released July 10th 2020.
‘You & Lonely’ opens with soft and gentle piano, the resonant keys supporting her voice perfectly, speaking of vocals, since the last track I reviewed Cloe’s voice seems to have undergone something of a transformation, becoming richer and deeper, more confident. It takes someone who was already an immensely talented and mature singer, and makes them even better. This song has a tangible vulnerability to it that is just breathtaking. Honestly hearing tracks like this is one of the reasons why I run this blog, and I cannot wait for the next release to see where they go from here.
