Tanya Ryan is a Canadian Country/Indie/Pop singer-songwriter who has been performing professionally since 2012. Today I will be reviewing their single ‘My Heart Song’ which is off her latest album ‘Open’ and was released February 20th 2020.
‘My Heart Song’ opens with a single drawn out note, that leads into a gentle but powerful acoustic guitar section, the song flows well, just raw emotion exposited by Tanya’s incredible voice. I tend to listen to these tracks at least a few times before review, and then I listen to it again while I’m actually listening, but this one I estimate I listened to maybe a dozen times, just getting lost in the melody.
