The Howling Lords are a three piece blues/rock group from Stornoway in the Isle of Lewis made up of Felix on Guitar and Vocals, Jens on Bass and Eoghainn on Drums. This isn’t the only time I’ve reviewed the band either, and you can check out more by clicking here. Today, though, I’ll be reviewing their single ‘Talk Like That’.

‘Talk Like That’ opens with gritty percussion and bass mixture that builds really well, and opens up to some gravelly vocals that suit the track to a tee. I really enjoyed this track, it really gives a flavour of the band, it’s just a shame it isn’t longer, but it has an awesome riff around the 2 minute mark that eases you out in style.
